Pre-Orders

Pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not yet in stock.

Pre-orders allow customers to guarantee immediate shipment once the item has arrived

Pre-orders will ship anywhere from 14-21 business days after your order is placed or longer please read the description box it will state if the item is pre-order or in stock and avail to ship

Please note some items arrive before the expected ship date should this happen the item will ship upon arrival and the tracking info will be email to you once your item has shipped.

*Some items have "ship dates" listed, this is the date the item will be in stock and shipped to you. Please, pay attention to these dates if you need the item by a certain Deadline. Once the order is placed refunds will NOT be given in the event that you did not pay attention to the ship date. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Modify or Cancel Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed M-F are shipped within 3-4 working days (3-4 days to process plus shipping time) FOR IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY

Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are processed the next business day.

Once shipped you will receive a tracking number most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items via USPS. All PRIORITY MAIL items come with $50.00 insurance you will need to file a claim with your local post office

Returned Items/ Wrong address

If your item is returned back to us you will have to pay shipping to have the item re-mailed to you. Once the item is returned back we will invoice you for the re shipping fee.

(Shipping fee will be the same as you paid when your order was placed)

If you notice that you you put the incorrect address or incomplete address please contact us immediately via email @ [email protected]
to have corrected before your item is shipped
As once it is shipped we will not be able to make any changes

Unverified Address

If you completed an order and your address has not been verified by paypal you will receive an email to verify your address. Your order WILL NOT be shipped until you have verified your address

Lost or stolen or damaged items during delivery

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items via USPS. All PRIORITY MAIL items come with $50.00 insurance you will need to file a claim with your local post office

Before you place your order

Defective, OR Wrong Item(s) Shipped

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. All items are brand new and never worn. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Should you receive a defective, or wrong item(s) YOU MUST CONTACT US ASAP

**Authorization by email is required prior to returning any items.

The merchandise must be returned within 2 days from the date received.

We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.

Any merchandise returned to Envy My Curves Boutique must be unused to be eligible for store credit/refund.
Any items found to be used (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, pet stains, rips/tears) will not be eligible for store credit/refund.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.

**Authorization by email is required prior to returning any items.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
